Teach. Write. is a free online journal, but I like to make print copies for those who would like to order one. I use a print-on-demand service called Lulu.com. You can order a copy here for $15 + shipping and handling. I don’t strive to make a profit, but what little I do make goes back into supporting the journal and helps pay the modest honorarium I offer contributors.
This edition is dedicated to the people of western North Carolina and for all of those who came to her aid in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Some of the writing features Carolinians who endured the storms like Brenda Kay Ledford and Scott Kent. All the photos in this edition depict western North Carolina and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains we call home.

I am open for submissions until September 1 for the fall/winter 2025 edition and would love to see your poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, or short drama. I prefer writing by teachers; however, I am open to all. See my submission guidelines for complete information.
